1. Data controller
SaaS is the controller of the personal data collected on this site and when an account is created, in accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
Processing is declared to or authorized by the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).
2. Data collected
Identification and contact data (name, e-mail, phone, city), information about the agency, connection data (IP address, logs) and the content of messages sent through the contact form.
The data of your own clients that you enter in the platform remains under your responsibility; we process it only on your instructions.
3. Purposes
Create and manage your account, provide the service, invoice, provide support, secure the platform, answer your requests and meet our legal obligations.
We do not use your data for any other purpose and do not sell it to third parties.
4. Retention period
Account data is kept for the duration of the subscription, then deleted or anonymized, subject to legal obligations (for example accounting records). Contact messages are kept for at most twenty-four months.
5. Recipients and hosting
Data is accessible to our authorized team and to our technical providers (hosting, e-mail delivery, payment) bound by confidentiality commitments.
Any transfer of data outside Morocco is made only in compliance with Law 09-08 and, where applicable, with CNDP authorization.
6. Your rights
Under Law 09-08, you have the right of access, rectification, deletion and objection on legitimate grounds. You may also object, free of charge, to any commercial prospecting.
To exercise your rights, write to hello@example.com enclosing proof of identity. You may also refer the matter to the CNDP.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures: isolation of each agency's data, encrypted passwords, restricted access and backups.
8. Cookies
The site only uses essential technical cookies (session, security, language preference). No advertising trackers are set.
